As a Fitness Movement Coach, you will inspire participants across all levels by designing scalable programs, delivering high-energy group classes, and guiding clients toward measurable improvements in strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. You’ll provide precise coaching cues, monitor form and safety, and adapt workouts to accommodate diverse abilities. Beyond coaching, you’ll contribute to seasonal showcases and community events, helping to elevate the studio brand and attract new members.

Responsibilities
- Lead engaging group classes that blend fitness, movement, and dance-inspired conditioning for all levels.
- Design progressive movement programs, set goals, and track participant progress.
- Provide coaching cues, ensure proper form, and implement safety guidelines to minimize injuries.
- Collaborate with the studio team to curate seasonal programs and special performances.
- Deliver exceptional member experiences, assess needs, and motivate clients toward their goals.
- Maintain equipment, studio cleanliness, and contribute to safety checks.
- Represent the studio at events and create content to support marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Relevant fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA) and current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Proven experience coaching movement-based fitness or dance-inspired conditioning.
- Strong communication and motivational skills with the ability to work with diverse ages and abilities.
- Ability to design inclusive, scalable programs for beginners to advanced participants.
- Knowledge of injury prevention, warm-ups, cooldowns, and safe progressions.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.
- Passion for continuous learning and contributing to a dynamic studio culture.
