We are seeking a motivated Mid-Level Fullstack Developer to join our innovative team in Makati City. In this role, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of an onâpremise Manufacturing ERP system, working closely with crossâfunctional stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable solutions that streamline production workflows and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain fullâstack features for the onâpremise Manufacturing ERP system using .NET backend and React frontend.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and wellâdocumented code following SOLID principles and established coding standards.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with thirdâparty services and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Participate in agile sprint planning, daily standâups, retrospectives, and demo sessions.
- Conduct peer code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to quality gates.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly while minimizing downtime.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for continuous improvement in architecture, performance, and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer, with strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.
- Familiarity with frontâend tooling such as Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong problemâsolving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastâpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and sharing knowledge.
