Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive nationwide revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent service standards across all locations.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of franchise development, from lead identification to onboarding and ongoing performance support.
- Analyze financial reports, KPIs, and operational data to improve profitability, cost management, and resource allocation.
- Drive brand development initiatives to strengthen market positioning and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Streamline operational workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business objectives with long-term organizational goals and market trends.
- Oversee regulatory compliance and risk management protocols to ensure safe and efficient business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior management roles, specifically in multi-unit operations or business development.
- Proven expertise in franchising, including franchise recruitment, operations management, and partner relations.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage P&L responsibilities, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and scaling business operations in a competitive market.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.
