Responsibilities

- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage the company's P&L, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and client acquisitions.
- Streamline internal processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and organizational scalability.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product offerings remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
- Strong background in the IT industry, with a solid understanding of managed services, software solutions, or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and successfully achieving ambitious business growth targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage both internal teams and external clients.
