Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care consultations across clinical, home-based, and virtual settings.
- Diagnose and treat a diverse range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Utilize telemedicine platforms to conduct efficient remote consultations and follow-ups.
- Perform house calls for patients requiring specialized home-based medical attention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Electronic Medical Records (EMR) for all patient interactions.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of specialists and allied health professionals.
- Educate patients on preventative care, lifestyle management, and treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Possess a Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) recognized by the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
- Full or Conditional Registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
- Minimum 2-3 years of post-internship clinical experience in a primary care or hospital setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset and empathetic bedside manner.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital health and telemedicine software.
- Ability to work independently across different practice modes.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage for home care visits.
