Responsibilities
- Conduct precise land surveying and geodetic measurements for various real estate development projects.
- Prepare, certify, and process technical survey plans, lot descriptions, and subdivision plans for LRA/DENR approval.
- Perform topographic surveys, site mapping, and boundary relocations using advanced surveying equipment (e.g., Total Station, GNSS/GPS).
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and legal teams to resolve property boundary issues and title verification.
- Maintain high-accuracy records and digital databases of all land surveys and technical maps.
- Conduct field inspections to verify site conditions against existing maps and survey records.
- Ensure compliance with all local laws, ordinances, and standards related to geodetic surveying in the Philippines.
Qualifications
- Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC License holder is required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in land surveying, mapping, and geodetic engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and relevant GIS software.
- Deep understanding of the Philippines' land titling process, subdivision laws, and DENR regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Willingness to conduct extensive fieldwork across Bulacan and nearby areas.
- Excellent communication skills for report writing and coordination with government agencies.
