Responsibilities
- Conduct precise topographical surveys using GNSS, total stations, and 3D laser scanning
- Establish property boundaries and legal survey markers with PRC-compliant methodologies
- Analyze terrain elevation data to develop contour maps and digital terrain models
- Collaborate with civil engineers to integrate survey data into construction plans
- Prepare detailed survey reports, CAD drawings, and legal documentation
- Monitor ground deformation and construction site alignment during project execution
- Ensure compliance with DENR-DPWH surveying regulations and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering or Civil Engineering with surveying specialization
- PRC license as Registered Geodetic Engineer (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years experience in topographical and boundary surveys
- Proficiency in surveying software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center)
- Expertise in GNSS processing and coordinate transformation systems
- Familiarity with Philippine land subdivision and titling procedures
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex geospatial datasets
