Join PERSOLâs Global Mobility team as an Immigration Associate and play a key role in supporting corporate clients with their immigration and relocation needs across Malaysia. In this contract position, you will work closely with senior immigration consultants, legal teams, and HR departments to ensure seamless visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees.

What Youâll Do:
- Research and interpret Malaysian immigration regulations and policy updates.
- Prepare and submit visa, work permit, and residency applications on behalf of corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate case records and tracking systems to ensure timely processing.
- Coordinate with government agencies, embassies, and external counsel to resolve issues.
- Provide clear guidance to clients on required documents, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Support the development of internal policies and procedures for immigration processes.
- Assist in training and knowledgeâsharing sessions for HR and business units.

Qualifications
- Legal degree (LLB or equivalent) or currently pursuing a law qualification.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of immigration law or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
