Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee global order management operations within a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment.
- Define and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
- Manage end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) lifecycles, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in processing time and accuracy.
- Drive digital transformation and automation initiatives within the order management framework.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with regional stakeholders, logistics, and sales teams.
- Mentor and develop team members to ensure a culture of high performance and professional growth.
- Prepare executive-level reporting on operational performance, budget utilization, and strategic milestones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Order Management or Supply Chain operations within a global Shared Services environment.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex cross-border order fulfillment processes.
- Strong technical proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse, multi-cultural teams.
- In-depth knowledge of global healthcare industry regulations and quality compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Strategic mindset with a keen focus on process optimization and technological integration.
