Are you an experienced ERP professional with a passion for driving digital transformation? We are seeking a highly skilled Glovia ERP Consultant to join a dynamic project team in Singapore. In this contract role, you will be instrumental in leading end-to-end application onboarding projects, ensuring seamless integration across complex business ecosystems.
You will be responsible for mapping business requirements to Glovia ERP functionalities, configuring systems for optimal performance, and bridging the gap between out-of-the-box capabilities and bespoke custom requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, possesses strong analytical skills, and has a proven track record of delivering high-impact ERP solutions within the Information & Communication Technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the end-to-end implementation and onboarding of Glovia ERP systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Configure and customize Glovia modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage system testing, data migration activities, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting complex system issues to minimize operational downtime.
- Document technical processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures for end-users.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure high adoption rates across various departments.
- Drive continuous improvement of application performance and system integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an ERP Consultant, with specific expertise in Glovia ERP.
- Strong understanding of business processes related to manufacturing, supply chain, or finance modules.
- Proven ability to manage application onboarding for diverse systems (e.g., HR, CRM, custom apps).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management for complex ERP integrations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience in a contract-based consultant capacity is highly desirable.
