Responsibilities
- Configure and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) accounts, including sub-accounts, users, and permissions.
- Design, build, and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, websites, and forms within the GHL platform.
- Develop and implement advanced automation workflows, triggers, campaigns (email, SMS, voicemail drops), and drip sequences.
- Manage and segment CRM databases, ensuring data integrity and effective client communication strategies.
- Integrate GHL with third-party tools and platforms (e.g., payment gateways, scheduling tools, social media).
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for GHL-related issues, ensuring smooth operation for clients.
- Train clients on GHL features and best practices to maximize platform utilization.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience as a GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert or Specialist, with a deep understanding of all its core features.
- Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, lead generation, sales funnels, and CRM management.
- Proficiency in designing and building engaging landing pages, websites, and conversion-focused content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for minor design adjustments within GHL is a plus.
