Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients in outpatient settings
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions with appropriate clinical protocols
- Conduct thorough patient consultations including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and health management strategies
- Prescribe medications and provide therapeutic recommendations following current medical guidelines
- Manage routine health screenings, vaccinations, and preventive care programs
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with specialists and healthcare professionals for patient referral when necessary
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized university or institution
- Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)
- Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) or equivalent specialty qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner
- Proficiency in managing patients with diverse medical conditions across all age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
