Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications based on project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks.
- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) under the guidance of senior mentors.
- Support the design and documentation of technical specifications and architectural components.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT solutions for global clients.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) and basic web technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of adapting to fast-paced project requirements.
