Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring under the guidance of senior project managers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time
- Participate in regular project meetings and maintain accurate documentation
- Support in identifying and resolving project issues and risks
- Learn and apply project management methodologies and tools
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management framework
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders as required

Qualifications
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of project management principles is an advantage
