You will be responsible for the meticulous management of spare parts inventory, consumables, and maintenance tools, ensuring that our technical teams have exactly what they need, exactly when they need it. Beyond inventory control, you will utilize your handyman expertise to perform minor repairs, preventive maintenance tasks, and general site upkeep to ensure a safe and professional environment for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all spare parts, tools, and consumables using digital or manual tracking systems.
- Perform regular stock counts and audits to ensure zero discrepancy in inventory levels.
- Execute general handyman duties including minor plumbing, electrical repairs, and furniture maintenance across the facility.
- Monitor the condition of tools and equipment, ensuring all items are cleaned, serviced, and stored safely after use.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
- Support the facilities team in preventive maintenance scheduling and execution.
- Ensure the storeroom is kept in a clean, organized, and compliant state according to safety protocols.
- Assist with basic site inspections to identify potential facility hazards or repair needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or a Vocational Certificate in Facility Maintenance, Building Services, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role combining inventory control and general maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repair tasks.
- Proficiency in basic inventory management software or MS Office (Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track movement of assets effectively.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks including lifting and climbing.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean safety record.
