Citco is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Specialist to join our growing IT infrastructure team in Makati. In this role, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for our hardware lifecycle processes, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and cost-efficiency across our global IT estate.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all hardware asset management (HAM) policies, processes, and procedures.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow HAM modules to ensure accurate tracking of hardware assets from procurement to decommissioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to perform regular hardware audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for internal stakeholders on HAM processes and system navigation.
- Monitor hardware lifecycle performance and identify opportunities to reduce operational costs through optimized asset utilization.
- Maintain compliance with internal security and financial audit requirements regarding IT hardware.
- Analyze HAM data to generate actionable reports for management regarding inventory health and replacement cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or similar operational IT roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Management (HAM) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the IT Hardware Lifecycle (Procurement, Deployment, Maintenance, Retirement).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead training sessions and present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data visualization tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global corporate environment.
