Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and analyze OHI metrics including talent mapping, workforce fulfillment, and organizational health indicators
- Track and evaluate turnover trends to develop proactive retention strategies and reduce attrition rates
- Support workforce planning and fulfillment initiatives to ensure optimal staffing levels across departments
- Contribute to organizational development programs that enhance employee engagement and productivity
- Collaborate with business units to deliver HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives
- Generate actionable insights from HR data to support strategic decision-making
- Participate in talent pool initiatives and succession planning activities
- Support the implementation of HR policies and best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) or HR Generalist role
- Proven track record in talent mapping, workforce analytics, and organizational development
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics interpretation and data-driven decision making
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with turnover analysis and retention strategy development is highly advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
- Indonesian native with professional English proficiency (both written and verbal)
