Join Private Advertiser as the Head of Group IT Infrastructure & Operations and lead the strategy and delivery of resilient, scalable IT services across the organization. You will shape the technology roadmap, oversee global data centers, networks, cloud platforms, and security controls to ensure zero-downtime operations and high service availability.
In this senior leadership role, you will:
- Define and execute the Group IT Infrastructure & Operations strategy aligned with business goals across regions.
- Lead global data center, network, cloud, and security architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and zero-downtime operation.
- Establish IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks; manage budgets, vendor contracts, and SLAs with critical suppliers.
- Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity planning, capacity planning, and incident response to minimize service disruption.
- Build and manage high-performing teams across regions; attract, develop, and retain top technical talent; foster a culture of excellence.
- Drive standardization and automation across IT operations using ITIL/Lean practices, monitoring, and SRE principles.
- Collaborate with security and risk teams to implement cybersecurity controls, identity and access management, and data protection.
- Partner with application, product, and business leaders to ensure IT services meet evolving business needs, metrics, and customer expectations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent; Master's preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive IT operations and infrastructure leadership experience; 5+ years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record delivering global infrastructure programs with zero-downtime operations.
- Deep expertise in data centers, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), networks, storage, virtualization, backup, DR/BCP.
- Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization skills.
- Experience with ITIL-based service management, governance, risk, and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities; ability to influence at the executive level.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA/CCNP, TOGAF, ITIL) are a plus.
