Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize structure, processes, and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to build a high-performing workforce
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all HR functions
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and support business decision-making

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in organizational development, talent management, and HR strategy implementation
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices in the Asia-Pacific region
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into effective HR initiatives
- Experience in managing HR operations, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics for informed decision-making
