Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Manage maintenance budgets, control expenditures, and optimize resource allocation effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments and external vendors to ensure timely completion of projects and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, and maintenance strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in maintenance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the construction, industrial, or large-scale facilities sector.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a technical team.
- Strong technical knowledge across various maintenance disciplines, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, DOLE).
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
