We are searching for a dynamic Head of MIS (SAP S/4HANA – ABAP Developer) to spearhead our technological advancements. Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the MIS department, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire SAP S/4HANA landscape, ensuring optimal system performance, availability, and security.
- Drive the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA customizations and enhancements using ABAP.
- Formulate and execute IT strategies and roadmaps for MIS, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and project lifecycles for SAP-related implementations and upgrades.
- Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP S/4HANA.
- Manage the MIS budget, resources, and IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years in an MIS leadership or similar managerial role.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including configuration, integration, and module expertise (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP).
- Proven expert-level proficiency in ABAP programming, including ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BADIs, Fiori/UI5 integration, and HANA database programming.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate technical teams, manage complex projects, and drive change effectively.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity principles within an enterprise environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the manufacturing, retail, or related industry is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
