Job Description

Shape the Future of People & Organisational Excellence at EPOS Pte. Ltd.

EPOS Pte. Ltd. is a leading regional organisation recognised for its commitment to innovation, quality, and people-centric values. As we enter a pivotal phase of growth and digital transformation, we are seeking a visionary Head of Organisational & Talent Development (Senior Manager / Associate Director) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a unique, integrated 'duo role' that fuses the strategic depth of an HR Business Partner with the specialised expertise of Organisational Development (OD) and Talent Development (TD).

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be a trusted advisor and change catalyst, responsible for shaping the end-to-end people strategy across our business units. You will drive organisational effectiveness, design robust talent frameworks, and cultivate a high-performance culture that enables us to achieve our ambitious goals. This is not just an HR role; it is a strategic partnership that directly influences the trajectory of the business.

In this capacity, you will lead complex organisational design projects, drive large-scale culture change, implement world-class leadership development programmes, and oversee our strategic workforce planning. You will partner with business leaders to diagnose challenges, leverage data analytics to derive insights, and implement tailored solutions that unlock the full potential of our workforce. Your work will be instrumental in attracting, developing, and retaining the top-tier talent required to maintain our competitive edge.

We are searching for a proven HR leader who is equally adept at designing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute effectively. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in OD and TD with strong business acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the gravitas to influence at all levels of the organisation. If you are passionate about driving meaningful change and building a future-ready organisation, we invite you to apply and become a key architect of our success.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner for key business units, providing expert guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Lead the conception and execution of the Organisational Development roadmap, including organisational design, job architecture, competency modelling, and change management initiatives.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive Talent Development strategy, encompassing leadership development pipelines, succession planning, learning & development programmes, and career pathing frameworks.
  • Drive the annual performance management cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous feedback and high performance.
  • Champion employee engagement strategies, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and cultural transformation projects to enhance the overall employee experience and employer brand.
  • Analyse people metrics and generate data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and measure the impact of HR interventions.
  • Partner with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to design, deploy, and refine HR policies, processes, and systems that are scalable and compliant.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to business leaders and the broader HR team, elevating HR capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HRBP, OD, or TD leadership role.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful OD and TD frameworks and initiatives that delivered measurable business impact.
  • Deep business acumen with the ability to translate complex business strategies into high-impact people strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the presence and credibility to influence C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change management and organisational transformation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and local HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday) and people analytics tools. Certification in psychometric assessments (e.g., Hogan, MBTI, DISC) is a distinct advantage.
