Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise all daily Point-of-Sale (POS) operations within the Samarinda branch, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize service delivery, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer and dealer experience.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management protocols.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for POS operations, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and other internal departments to align POS operations with broader business objectives and campaigns.
- Identify and implement process improvements and technological enhancements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Address and resolve complex operational issues and customer/dealer escalations promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in POS operations management, branch management, or a similar leadership role within the financial services or automotive industry.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of motivating and developing staff.
- In-depth understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments in Indonesia, particularly within automotive financing.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for operational efficiency and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant office software and POS systems; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence and ethical business practices.
- Local knowledge of the Samarinda market and its dynamics is highly advantageous.
