Viventis Search Asia is seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Product to lead our Gift Card business unit. In this high-impact role, you will be the primary architect behind the end-to-end product strategy, driving innovation, scaling growth, and optimizing the customer experience across both physical and digital ecosystems. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for the Gift Card business, ensuring alignment with overall company growth targets.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product development, from market research and conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Drive omnichannel growth strategies by bridging physical retail touchpoints with seamless digital gifting experiences.
- Analyze key performance metrics and user feedback to identify growth opportunities and resolve friction points in the customer journey.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure unified execution and operational efficiency.
- Manage P&L responsibilities for the product line, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and margin improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in fintech, prepaid products, and consumer retail to maintain a market-leading value proposition.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within retail, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Proven expertise in managing multi-channel product portfolios and scaling digital platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and business intelligence tools.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine retail landscape and digital payment ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
