Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall sales strategy for Light Trucks within the Singapore market.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to maximize individual and collective performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, dealerships, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales goals with company objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Represent the company at high-level industry events and forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in sales, specifically within the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
- Proven track record of leadership experience in managing large sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore commercial vehicle market and regulatory landscape.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and deal-crafting skills.
