Join Dwi Cermat Indonesia as the Head of Strategy & Growth for our Cash Loan division. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the long-term vision, defining a robust multi-year strategy, and driving rapid, sustainable growth in a dynamic fintech market. You will own the budgeting, monthly performance targets, and financial forecasting, ensuring the Cash Loan business scales profitably while maintaining prudent risk controls.
As a member of the senior leadership team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, data analytics, risk, operations, and partnerships to build a data-driven growth engine. You will set go-to-market priorities, optimize pricing, product features, and user experience, and expand distribution channels both online and through strategic partnerships with banks and fintech ecosystems in Indonesia. Your leadership will guide a team to translate insights into executable initiatives, track key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, repayment performance), and report progress to the executive team and board as needed.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with a track record of delivering tangible growth in fintech or consumer lending. You should demonstrate strong financial modeling, budgeting discipline, and P&L ownership, combined with hands-on execution and a passion for scaling high-impact products. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where experimentation and rapid iteration are essential for success.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the growth strategy for the Cash Loan segment, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance targets; monitor KPIs; ensure sustainable profitability.
- Partner with product, marketing, data science, and risk teams to design and launch growth initiatives; optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and monetization.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, and distribution channels to expand reach.
- Develop pricing strategy and product features to improve conversion and risk-adjusted profitability; manage lifecycle.
- Build and lead a high-performance growth team; mentor and develop team members; set clear OKRs.
- Present performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board; influence decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing; MBA preferred; 8+ years in strategy/growth, fintech or financial services.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in cash loan or lending sectors; quantified outcomes.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and P&L management experience; ability to own fiscal targets.
- Data-driven with expertise in analytics tools (SQL, Excel, Looker/Tableau) and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration; ability to lead via influence, not just hierarchy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; fluent in English; Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with risk management, regulatory compliance in Indonesian fintech; knowledge of credit risk, underwriting.
