Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and deliver quality candidates
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the Philippines
- Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes using modern HR technology and ATS tools
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning needs
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions
- Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing recruitment teams
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment metrics
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Experience in BPO, shared services, or fast-paced corporate environments preferred
