Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business goals
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and deliver quality candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent in the Philippines
  • Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes using modern HR technology and ATS tools
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning needs
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions

  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing recruitment teams
  • Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret recruitment metrics
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
