Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team across multiple functions and locations.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs, define role requirements, and build talent pipelines.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the companyâs reputation as a top employer in the Philippines.
- Implement and optimize recruitment technologies, including ATS, assessments, and data analytics tools.
- Establish KPIs to measure recruitment effectiveness, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices to build a more innovative workforce.
- Manage recruitment budgets, vendor relationships, and external partnerships to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and executing large-scale recruitment strategies for diverse industries.
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws, recruitment compliance, and best practices.
- Experience with recruitment marketing, social media sourcing, and employer branding.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret hiring data and drive data-informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Lever) and modern recruitment tools.
