Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve user inquiries, requests, and issues through phone, email, and helpdesk system
- Provide frontline administrative support to ensure smooth operations
- Document and track all customer interactions and issues using the helpdesk system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues when necessary
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and timely support
- Assist in the development and improvement of helpdesk procedures and documentation
- Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin to support diverse clients
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in English language for effective communication
- Previous experience in helpdesk or customer service role is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and software applications
