Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI agent solutions tailored to unique enterprise business requirements.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with global clients to understand their workflows and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Translate complex client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to oversee the implementation, testing, and deployment of HiAgent solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the HiAgent product ecosystem, providing architectural guidance and technical support to stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics and platform feedback to drive continuous improvement and feature development.
- Build and maintain high-level technical documentation for platform integration and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical product management.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML workflows, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic systems.
- Proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed system design.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Experience managing global enterprise-level projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable, high-availability software solutions.
