You will be responsible for streamlining recruitment workflows, maintaining accurate employee documentation, and fostering an inclusive office culture. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment administrative tasks, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems with high accuracy.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting team members.
- Coordinate internal company events, team building, and training workshops.
- Prepare monthly payroll data and ensure timely processing of employee benefits.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal inquiries regarding HR policies and company procedures.
- Assist management with performance review documentation and personnel compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or office management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
