You will be responsible for streamlining recruitment workflows, maintaining accurate employee documentation, and fostering an inclusive office culture. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment administrative tasks, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems with high accuracy.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting team members.
  • Coordinate internal company events, team building, and training workshops.
  • Prepare monthly payroll data and ensure timely processing of employee benefits.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal inquiries regarding HR policies and company procedures.
  • Assist management with performance review documentation and personnel compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or office management.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
