Responsibilities
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in overtime calculations and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Maintain and update comprehensive employee personnel files and digital HR databases.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires and facilitate smooth offboarding for exiting employees.
- Manage general office administration tasks, including office supplies procurement, facility maintenance coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Ensure company compliance with the Malaysia Employment Act and other relevant labor regulations.
- Assist in the implementation of employee engagement programs and internal company events to boost morale.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required by the management team.
Qualifications
- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysia Labor Law and prevailing employment practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with a high level of integrity and discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced setting.
