Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR and recruitment teams.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and handling candidate documentation.
  • Maintain and update confidential employee records and digital filing systems with high accuracy.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring all new hires have a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Prepare and draft HR-related correspondence, employment contracts, and internal memos.

Qualifications
