Private Advertiser is seeking a dynamic HR & Admin Manager to oversee human resources and administrative functions at our Sri Petaling office in Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of talent.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management in compliance with local regulations.
- Supervise daily administrative operations, including office supplies, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and career advancement.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met and maintain HRIS data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite; HR software proficiency preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
