Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update accurate employee personnel files and electronic HR databases.
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding processes, including preparation of contracts and orientation of new hires.
  • Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave management systems efficiently.
  • Coordinate with government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for timely remittances and benefit filings.
  • Assist in the organization of company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including documentation and report generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or office support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
