Responsibilities
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payroll-related documents, timekeeping, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, including orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
- Support performance management processes by tracking evaluations and training records.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may apply).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government regulations (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and can start immediately.
