Responsibilities

  • Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process payroll-related documents, timekeeping, and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures, including orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
  • Support performance management processes by tracking evaluations and training records.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR administration or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
