Graphic Packaging International, a global leader in sustainable paper-based packaging solutions, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administration Intern to join our Human Resources team at our state-of-the-art facility in Bawen, Semarang (Central Java, Indonesia). This on-site internship is an ideal launchpad for students and recent graduates in Human Resources, Psychology, Information Technology, or related fields who are eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world corporate setting.
As an HR Administration Intern, you will work closely with our experienced HR professionals and gain exposure across all core HR functions. Your contributions will directly support our team in delivering seamless HR services to the organization. This is a hands-on role where you will learn valuable skills in recruitment, employee relations, data management, and process improvement.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including preparation of documentation and orientation materials.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, handling logistics and attendance tracking.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site in Bawen, Semarang.
