Responsibilities

  • Assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
  • Support the administration team in maintaining organized digital and physical employee records.
  • Help coordinate company events, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees.
  • Perform general office administrative tasks such as documentation filing and reporting.
  • Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and internal process improvements.
  • Track and update attendance records and leave management systems.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in people management.
