Responsibilities
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Support the administration team in maintaining organized digital and physical employee records.
- Help coordinate company events, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications.
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees.
- Perform general office administrative tasks such as documentation filing and reporting.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and internal process improvements.
- Track and update attendance records and leave management systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in people management.
