Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee records and HR documentation ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Assist in onboarding new hires and maintaining employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks including benefits enrollment and payroll support
- Handle employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist in organizing company events and recognition programs
- Support HR compliance initiatives and maintain personnel files
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
