Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll coordination and data entry to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from posting job ads to screening applicants and coordinating interviews.
  • Prepare and file new hire documents, orientation materials, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Administer statutory benefits, monitor attendance, leaves, and verify compliance with company policies.
  • Compile HR metrics and generate regular reports for management and compliance purposes.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, communications, and training logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support; fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, benefits programs, and common HR practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or payroll software
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service mindset
