Join ANC Halili Group as an HR Assistant in Makati City, Metro Manila. This role is designed for detail-oriented, service-minded professionals who want to contribute to a supportive and efficient HR operation. You will collaborate with the HR team to manage day-to-day activities spanning payroll coordination, recruitment support, onboarding, and employee relations. By ensuring precise documentation and timely benefits administration, you help create a positive employee experience and maintain compliance with local labor laws.
Based in a dynamic work environment, you will handle administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality. Your responsibilities will include assisting with payroll processing and data entry, supporting recruitment from job postings to interview scheduling, and preparing new hire documentation. You will maintain and update employee records in our HR information system, track attendance and leaves, and support statutory benefits administration. You will also help generate regular HR reports and assist with policy communications and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll coordination and data entry to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from posting job ads to screening applicants and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare and file new hire documents, orientation materials, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and personnel files, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer statutory benefits, monitor attendance, leaves, and verify compliance with company policies.
- Compile HR metrics and generate regular reports for management and compliance purposes.
- Support employee relations initiatives, communications, and training logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support; fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, benefits programs, and common HR practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or payroll software
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service mindset
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
