Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases with high levels of confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, leave requests, and payroll documentation.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation and preparing employment contracts.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate internal communications and company-wide memos.
  • Provide support during performance review cycles and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle general HR inquiries from employees and provide timely, accurate information regarding company policies.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as attendance, turnover, and recruitment status.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with staff at all levels of the organization.
