Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires including documentation and orientation
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration tasks
- Coordinate HR documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support HR initiatives including training coordination and engagement activities
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of HR administrative experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian employment regulations
