Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and scheduling.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
