Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and scheduling.
- Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and personnel files.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
- Support the administration of payroll, benefits, and performance management programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a related role.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, labor standards, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
