As an HR Associate focused on recruitment, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process in strict alignment with the company’s Recruitment and Placement Policy. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate job offers. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, career sites) and manage applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records, reports, and documentation.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, including preparation of contracts, orientation schedules, and company introductions.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to HR management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR generalist role; fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in the Philippines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written in English and Filipino).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Willing to work on-site in Cabuyao City, Laguna.
