Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, providing insights on workforce planning and talent management.
- Oversee endâtoâend recruitment processes, ensuring timely acquisition of top talent aligned with business needs.
- Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee development and organizational performance.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Lead HR initiatives related to engagement, retention, and organizational culture enhancement.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are upâtoâdate, consistently applied, and legally compliant.
- Prepare HR analytics and reports to support dataâdriven decisionâmaking.
- Mentor and develop junior HR staff, fostering a highâperforming HR team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing HR teams or projects.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.
- Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent are a plus.
