Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Transformation Specialist to lead HR process redesign and technology enablement initiatives within a fastâgrowing organization. This hybrid role based in Makati City offers the flexibility to work virtually while collaborating with crossâfunctional teams to drive HR excellence. The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders to assess current HR operating models, identify improvement opportunities, and implement bestâinâclass solutions using SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS platforms. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of talent management, employee experience, and HR analytics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable results.
In this role, you will lead endâtoâend transformation projects, from current state analysis through design, implementation, and postâgoâlive support. You will facilitate workshops, develop training materials, and coach HR teams and business leaders on new processes and systems. Your analytical mindset will enable you to monitor key HR metrics, generate insightful reports, and recommend continuous improvement actions. By fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency, you will help the organization attract, develop, and retain top talent while supporting strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct HR process assessments and gap analyses to identify transformation opportunities.
- Design and implement HR operating model changes aligned with business strategy.
- Lead SAP SuccessFactors module configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and drive change adoption.
- Develop training materials and deliver sessions for HR staff and endâusers.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, producing regular performance dashboards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies throughout the change process.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in HR transformation or HRIS projects.
- Proven expertise with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance, Learning, etc.).
- Strong background in change management and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills; experience with HR metrics, reporting, and data visualization.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid/virtual environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.).
