Delectable Feast Corporation is seeking a meticulous and dedicated HR Compensation and Benefits Officer to join our dynamic Human Resources team in BF Homes, Metro Manila. The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end payroll process, from managing timesheet records to resolving complex discrepancies. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, government contributions, and payroll concerns. Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the end-to-end payroll process for all employees accurately and on schedule.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records to ensure data integrity.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Prepare and submit mandatory government reports and ensure 100% compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Maintain and update the HRIS database with new hire information, salary changes, and terminations.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll accounts and financial records related to compensation.
- Provide expert guidance to employees regarding compensation policies, benefits eligibility, and payroll inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Officer or in a similar Payroll role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, taxation, and statutory contribution requirements.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and experience with HRIS software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective employee engagement.
