Job Description

As an HR Intern at Cycle & Carriage, you will be immersed in a supportive learning environment where you will assist the HR team with various administrative and operational tasks. This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions while contributing to the smooth running of our HR department.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals, participate in team meetings, and gain practical insights into recruitment processes, employee relations, and HR documentation. Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the recruitment process including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation in the company database
  • Supporting the HR team in organizing employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Assisting with employee queries and providing administrative support to HR operations
  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Supervisor
  • Helping with the preparation of HR reports, letters, and correspondence
  • Supporting the coordination of training sessions and employee events

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior internship or part-time experience in HR is an added advantage
