Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for clinical and healthcare roles.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of recruiters to hit ambitious hiring targets.
  • Partner with business unit heads to understand clinical staffing needs and forecast long-term talent requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for specialized medical positions.
  • Utilize data analytics to optimize sourcing strategies, reduce time-to-fill, and improve quality-of-hire.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and healthcare industry recruitment standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years focused on Clinical or Healthcare recruitment.
  • Proven track record in leadership and managing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare job market, including medical professional licensing and credentialing.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at an executive level.
  • Proficiency in modern ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment data analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
