As our payroll expert, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursements, statutory contributions, and full compliance with Singapore’s Employment Act and MOM regulations. Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle CPF contributions, SDL, MOM levy, and other statutory submissions in accordance with Singapore regulations.
  • Prepare and process payroll adjustments including overtime, allowances, claims, and variable bonuses.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, tax clearance forms (IR8A/IR21), and government claims.
  • Support year-end processes such as annual wage supplements (AWS), bonus calculations, and tax documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors (e.g., banks, IRAS, CPF Board) to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Employment Act, MOM guidelines, and internal payroll policies.
  • Assist with monthly and ad hoc payroll reports, reconciliations, and audits.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of hands-on payroll processing experience in Singapore.
  • Proficient in payroll software (e.g., Times Software, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF, and MOM levy regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for handling employee queries.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight payroll deadlines.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
